Our sliding glass door chose to go off track when my husband was out of state. It was too heavy for me to lift and I couldn't lock it. I called the Glass Specialist and they sent two very pleasant guys to fix it same day! They adjusted the wheels as well and used some silicone to make it slide easier. The price was as quoted on the phone and reasonable. Very pleased!

The two gentlemen that came out to replace our big living room window was very professional. Did a great job! Did not take them long at all. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

This place was fast, friendly and efficient! I called on a Friday evening, they took my info and called Monday to book. Then came the next day, apologized for being late and was done in less than 15 minutes fixing my window and showed me what was wrong. The gentleman was courteous and friendly. Windows I order are beautiful and we really love them. Unfortunately the wrong glass was installed (tempered v non-tempered). Anderson realized this and ordered window replacement. The replacement windows were sent to The Glass Specialist and two gentlemen replaced the window with care. When they finished the job site was as no one had been there. Thanks guys.

Did a great job with some warranty work related to some older duel pane window. They were assigned by the manufacturer for the repair and did a great job. I was a little concern about the timing of the repairs because the house was going on the market. The repairs were done super quick and within the time frame I needed.
